Alongside a career as a singer/songwriter, Kaeley Jade Wiebe is an actor, writer, producer, voice actor, sound designer, and director based out of amiskwaciwâskahikan/Edmonton, Alberta.

Kaeley is a graduate of the University of Alberta’s Bachelor of Fine Arts Acting program, and is most drawn to exploring the complexity of human relationships within her art. She has worked as an actor in theatre, film and voiceover across Alberta, and recently made her professional directing debut with Alberta Musical Theatre Company’s online production of One-Person Hansel and Gretel. She recently teamed up with Trevor Schmidt to compose the music for Two-Headed/Half-Hearted, which saw its worldwide premiere at Northern Light Theatre in April 2022. Kaeley was also selected for Citadel Theatre’s 2022/2023 RBC Horizon Emerging Artists Program, which is a training program to support emerging and early career BIPOC, Deaf, D/disabled, and Mad artists that have not been able to see themselves in artistic creation roles at one of Canada’s largest theatre companies, where she pursued training in sound design and composition.
